We stand by our service 100%. Our grading process is designed for multiple points of quality assurance checking. If your item(s) are damaged while in our possession, we will investigate your claim thoroughly. If a determination of damage under Vault responsibility, we will work to immediately rectify your claim up to the declared value amount on your submission.

MISLABELED ITEMS

VAULT will correct any mislabeled item(s) free of charge. *Does not include the VAULT '4-Scores' or overall item grade.

If you believe your item(s) is mislabeled cosmetically, please submit a ticket with "Label Correction Request" as the subject line via your service inquiry ticket. You will need to attach and provide front and back photos of your item along with your original 'VA order number.' Your inquiry will be sent directly to the service team and we will verify whether the item(s) is mislabeled. If we confirm as such, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back for correction free of charge.

If we determine the item to be in fact mislabeled, we will email you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to spare you the additional cost of mailing your item(s) back, but please note that you may only include the mislabeled item(s) in this package. The label will expire within 30 days of issuance. If it is determined that the item(s) have no errors, then you will be responsible for the full return shipping fee and we will ship your item(s) back to you.
