SHIPPING

VAULT Ships via insured FedEx Standard and Express shipping. All card submissions will be returned to customers in a protected box including proper padding to keep the card(s) secure along with tracking. Every order processed will ship back to the customer with the same declared value that was noted on order submission to VAULT.

VAULT is not responsible for any damage to customer orders after it leaves our care, and the shipping service becomes solely responsible to complete the end delivery of items in the same protected manner in which VA provided at shipping drop off to carrier.

RETURNS

We do not currently accept returns on items that are graded and shipped back to customers. We do however offer claims services for items that are within the bounds of damage claims noted on our VA Guarantee.
